Responsibilities
- Architect systems for programmatic ad trafficking, budget allocation, and bid optimization.
- Develop an AI-driven engine for automated video ad generation and localization.
- Build Server-Side Tracking and Conversion API integrations for data sovereignty.
- Design high-performance data pipelines to create a unified Identity Graph.
- Establish infrastructure for advanced causal measurement and marketing mix modeling.
- Collaborate with Data Science, Product, and Growth Marketing teams to create scalable solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience with high-quality production code.
- Strong coding skills in modern languages like Python, Go, Java, or C#.
- Experience with big data processing tools such as Spark, Airflow, or Kafka.
- Ability to design fault-tolerant and high-throughput systems.
- Curiosity and drive to learn new technologies, especially in Growth Engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
