Responsibilities
- Prototype and develop innovative ideas, features, and services for Darktrace products.
- Contribute to both rapid prototypes and structured development of existing platforms.
- Advance methods for defending against unknown cyberattacks.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, project coordinators, and technical strategists.
- Optimize solutions to improve speed and scale while balancing creativity, logic, and time constraints.
- Write production-quality code and make autonomous technical decisions.
Requirements
- TypeScript is the primary programming language.
- Demonstrated programming ability and production-quality coding skills.
- A solution-focused mindset and analytical approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively with a team.
- Knowledge of or interest in cybersecurity and malware forensics.
- Experience with statistical analysis of static or dynamic systems.
- Familiarity with Docker and containerization.
- Knowledge of cloud computing environments is beneficial but not essential.
- Experience with JavaScript, Python, Rust, or C++ is beneficial but not essential.
