Responsibilities
- Own the security posture of the AWS, EKS, Vercel, and Supabase cloud infrastructure
- Build detection and response capabilities for incident response
- Design and operate secrets, credential, and access management architecture across services
- Partner with engineering to implement secure-by-default IAM, network segmentation, privilege, and access-control patterns
- Help shape the security posture of the agentic AI platform as it evolves
Requirements
- At least three years of experience in infrastructure security, security operations, or platform engineering with strong security ownership
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes security, including RBAC, network policies, admission control, and secrets handling
- Experience architecting detection and response SIEM/SOAR systems
- Ability to write and ship code in a language of choice
- Real incident response experience as an individual contributor, including communicating with non-security stakeholders under pressure
- Pragmatic understanding of tradeoffs among security, velocity, and developer experience at an early-stage company
- Experience defending or attacking AI/ML systems and agent infrastructure is preferred
- Endpoint security operations experience with EDR/MDR is preferred
- Experience serving as the security owner at a small company is preferred
