Responsibilities

  • Design and build AI services for marketing use cases, including prompt orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation, guardrails, and evaluation pipelines.
  • Integrate AI components with marketing web/CMS platforms, analytics systems, and the Salesforce/GPCRM CRM stack.
  • Productionize models and workflows using versioning, configuration management, automated testing, observability, and performance tuning.
  • Support application rationalization by replacing redundant utilities with shared AI capabilities and measuring cost, performance, and quality outcomes.
  • Create solution diagrams, sequence and data-flow views, integration contracts, documentation, demos, and reusable engineering patterns.
  • Apply privacy, security, data-classification, model-governance, and data-governance controls to marketing data.
  • Collaborate with architecture, data, marketing operations, and global teams on solution design and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or another related field.
  • Preferred degree backgrounds include Business Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, and Math Sciences.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  • Technical acumen, eagerness to learn, initiative, creativity, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience using software modeling and visualization tools is desired.
  • Experience integrating AI with Salesforce/GPCRM objects and processes is a plus.
  • Familiarity with marketing web content platforms/CMS, application rationalization, RAG architectures, vector databases, prompt management and telemetry, and AI safety frameworks is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure or AWS, containers, infrastructure as code, and analytics or telemetry for campaign and content outcomes is a plus.
