Responsibilities

Lead and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Reddit’s large-scale GenAI Platform.
Define the platform architecture and operating model for reliable GenAI product deployment.
Drive the strategy for a unified LAG Gateway with consistent APIs for LLMs.
Set direction for core platform capabilities like rate management and production resilience.
Shape Reddit’s approach to an enterprise-grade RAG system.
Establish strategic direction for agentic AI workflows across the platform.
Own the end-to-end platform strategy from concept to production.
Drive MLOps and LLMOps standards across CI/CD and lifecycle management.
Define best practices for observability and operational excellence in GenAI systems.
Partner with engineering, product, and leadership to align platform investments.

10+ years of experience in ML Engineering, AI Platform Engineering, or Cloud AI Deployment roles.
Proven track record of leading technical strategy and delivering AI platforms at scale.
Strong execution skills in driving complex initiatives and delivering high-quality outcomes.
Deep experience with Kubernetes and orchestration systems in production environments.
Experience with cloud technologies like AWS and Google Cloud Storage.
Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks such as Go and Python.
Excellent communication skills for articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong focus on scalability, reliability, performance, and developer experience.
Knowledge of model serving and observability for AI systems is a plus.
