Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of quality engineers through multidisciplinary planning and ecosystem integration.
- Develop and continuously improve end-to-end testing strategies, frameworks, and quality processes.
- Design and execute performance and load testing scenarios using Apache JMeter.
- Define testing metrics, monitor test execution, and manage defect resolution.
- Analyze test results and provide actionable recommendations for application performance and reliability.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate communication across development, operations, and other teams.
- Drive adoption of quality engineering and testing best practices across teams.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of professional experience is required.
- Minimum five years of experience with Apache JMeter is required.
- Proficiency in Apache JMeter and experience designing and executing performance and load testing scenarios.
- Strong knowledge of test planning, test case design, and defect lifecycle management.
- Ability to analyze test results and troubleshoot performance issues with development and operations teams.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines for automated testing.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
