Responsibilities
- Work directly within customer environments to build production applications using Claude and other frontier models.
- Create agentic workflows, MCP servers, sub-agents, agent skills, evaluation harnesses, and enterprise integrations.
- Own workstreams from discovery and architecture through development, demos, production deployment, and handoff.
- Co-design solutions with senior client stakeholders and translate business direction into shipped code.
- Provide deployment support and serve as a trusted technical partner in enterprise environments.
- Develop reusable deployment patterns, code, prompts, skills, runbooks, and reference implementations.
- Share field insights with Genpact product, partner, industry, and delivery teams.
Requirements
- Experience in a technical customer-facing role such as Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, or software engineer with consulting experience.
- Daily hands-on working fluency with Claude or a comparable frontier LLM as a software-building tool.
- Production experience with LLMs, advanced prompt engineering, agent development, evaluation frameworks, and deployment at scale.
- Strong programming skills in Python and ideally one or more of TypeScript, JavaScript, Java, or SQL.
- Experience shipping a product, internal tool, open-source project, or other solution that customers or end users paid for, used, or measured.
- Ability to communicate directly with senior client stakeholders and operate autonomously in ambiguous environments.
- Ability to balance competing priorities across customers, Genpact delivery teams, and technology partners.
- Bonus experience includes regulated-industry domain knowledge, MCP, agent frameworks, evaluation tooling, LLM observability, startup or frontier-lab experience, hybrid onshore/offshore delivery, and enterprise AI security, privacy, or compliance.
