Responsibilities
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of trading systems to ensure stability.
- Coordinate and plan changes to trading software for quick feature deployment.
- Develop and improve management of hardware and software systems at scale.
- Create automation tools to enhance troubleshooting and operations.
- Facilitate market connectivity and collaborate with exchanges on technical issues.
- Support day-to-day trading activities by understanding trading systems.
- Leverage automation and CI/CD for rapid deployment of solutions.
- Collaborate with traders and engineers to enhance trading strategies.
Requirements
- Academic background in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, or related field with a minimum Distinction average.
- Aptitude and eagerness to learn across different technologies.
- Experience with Linux operating systems.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or another major programming language and/or Bash scripting.
- Interest in deploying and monitoring applications; knowledge of Kubernetes is a plus.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP and UDP.
- DevOps-focused mindset with a comprehensive view of technology environments.
- Willingness to work closely with Traders and Engineers in a dynamic environment.
- Must be able to start the graduate role in February 2027.
