Responsibilities
- Maintain the in-house Open Web UI fork and manage updates and deployments across development and production environments.
- Own end-to-end technical support, including infrastructure troubleshooting, monitoring, user-reported bug triage, and issue resolution.
- Contribute code to the broader AI Platform in collaboration with senior engineers.
- Maintain and optimize automated build, testing, and deployment pipelines for managed applications.
- Collaborate with the AI Platform engineering team and participate in team planning and review activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in software engineering, systems administration, DevOps, or technical support.
- Practical Git and GitHub experience, including branch management, merging, and open-source project forks.
- Basic Docker knowledge and experience deploying containerized applications.
- Familiarity with deploying applications across development, QA, and production lifecycles.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Preferred: scripting or programming experience with Python, Bash, or JavaScript/Node.js.
- Preferred: exposure to AWS or Google Cloud.
- Preferred: understanding of networking, security concepts, and SQL/NoSQL database management.
- Preferred: experience with Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, or similar monitoring and logging tools.
