Responsibilities
- Work with customers to understand challenges, business objectives, technical requirements, and desired outcomes.
- Contribute to secure, scalable, supportable solution designs aligned with customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver technical demonstrations, workshops, lab sessions, and solution briefings for customers and partners.
- Build, configure, test, and document prototypes and proof-of-concepts using Dell technologies and partner or cloud platforms.
- Translate customer use cases into lab experiences, architecture diagrams, demonstrations, and validation plans.
- Investigate technical issues during demonstrations and proof-of-concepts, identify root causes, and recommend next steps.
Requirements
- Recent bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, electronic engineering, information systems, or a related discipline.
- Interest in solution architecture, enterprise technology, infrastructure, cloud, data, artificial intelligence, or emerging technologies.
- Foundational understanding of compute, storage, networking, virtualization, operating systems, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, data platforms, or AI concepts.
- Ability to analyze technical problems, break them into manageable parts, and propose logical solutions.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills for explaining technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborative mindset and confidence working with customers, partners, and cross-functional teams.
- Curiosity, initiative, adaptability, and commitment to continuous learning.
- Practical experience from academic projects, internships, labs, hackathons, or personal technology projects is valuable.
- Desirable experience includes Python, PowerShell, Bash, APIs, Git, containers, automation, data analytics, machine learning workflows, public or private cloud, virtualization, infrastructure as code, and modern application architectures.
- Experience creating technical presentations, architecture diagrams, lab guides, or project documentation is desirable.
- Interest in pursuing Dell, cloud, networking, security, or architecture certifications is desirable.
