Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable GTM data pipelines and automation systems
- Integrate Salesforce, enrichment providers, outbound tools, and analytics platforms
- Build internal tools that improve BDR and AE productivity
- Develop account prioritization, routing, and orchestration systems
- Build structured data pipelines for AI-native workflows
- Create CDP, account and contact intelligence, intent signal, attribution, and measurement systems
- Develop outbound automation, campaign infrastructure, and personalization systems
- Build experimentation frameworks, web analytics, and conversion optimization systems
- Partner with marketing, sales, engineering, revenue operations, and sales leadership to translate GTM strategy into systems
- Continuously improve the reliability and performance of growth infrastructure
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong experience with data pipelines, APIs, and automation systems
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar
- Experience with data warehouses and ETL pipelines
- Experience building systems that impact customer acquisition or revenue
- Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Segment, Airbyte, Clay, or similar tools
- Understanding of B2B growth and sales processes
- Strong architectural thinking and ability to design scalable systems
- Comfort working across engineering, data, and GTM teams
- Experience at hyper-growth companies is preferred
- Experience building CDP or GTM data infrastructure is preferred
- Experience with AI-assisted workflow automation is preferred
- Experience with enterprise sales GTM systems and tooling is preferred
- Experience with marketing or sales automation platforms is preferred
