Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into backend functionality for GenAI and agentic AI projects.
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend solutions, including event-driven architectures and integrations with external systems and APIs.
  • Manage PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and DynamoDB data storage solutions for production AI applications.
  • Use Kubernetes and DevOps practices, including Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions, to support efficient deployment and scalability.
  • Build and integrate APIs using Flask and FastAPI.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and DevOps teams to support seamless AI model deployment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s and master’s degrees are required.
  • At least 4 years of experience is required.
  • Oral and written proficiency in English is required.
  • Proficiency with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, and LlamaIndex for production GenAI and agentic applications.
  • Experience setting up data pipelines for model training and real-time inference.
  • Advanced Python expertise, including object-oriented programming, asynchronous programming with asyncio, concurrency, design patterns, memory management, and performance optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, software design principles, and hands-on cloud-native development on Azure or AWS.
  • Experience with serverless systems, microservices, Kubernetes, and Docker.
  • Experience with Java, C++, or C# and familiarity with WebSocket implementations.
