Base Salary
$149k - $223k/yr
Responsibilities
- Shape enterprise platform architecture and engineering practices.
- Treat platforms and shared capabilities as products by establishing ownership, roadmaps, and adoption strategies.
- Design scalable, reusable solutions that support evolving business priorities.
- Evaluate competing initiatives and balance business value, cost, risk, and delivery considerations.
- Drive consistency in engineering standards, delivery practices, and documentation across teams.
- Guide complex, highly visible engineering projects with significant strategic and enterprise impact.
- Provide consultative technical and strategic guidance to executive leadership.
- Enable developer and business-user communities through modern platforms, tooling, and architecture strategies.
- Set direction and oversee the work of IT professionals as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or graduate degree, a strong academic background in computer science or engineering, or 15+ years of relevant experience.
- Recognized expertise in one or more technical domains and broad engineering knowledge.
- Experience treating platforms or shared capabilities as products is preferred.
- Experience managing reusable platforms or services with defined ownership, roadmaps, and adoption focus is preferred.
- Experience evaluating competing initiatives and balancing business value, cost, and delivery constraints is preferred.
- Familiarity with driving consistency in delivery practices, documentation, or engineering standards is preferred.
- Experience with enterprise platforms and tooling supporting large developer or business-user communities is preferred.
