Responsibilities
- Deliver and support software-as-a-service products for global customers while meeting service-level agreements.
- Deploy, upgrade, and support applications, services, and operating systems.
- Provide hands-on infrastructure support and hardware lifecycle management in an enterprise data center.
- Troubleshoot system performance and application health issues.
- Own and coordinate the incident resolution process.
- Develop or support production-operations automation and complete additional projects as requested.
- Follow all security and confidentiality requirements.
Requirements
- Be enrolled in a post-secondary diploma or degree program in computer science or a related discipline.
- Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills.
- Have working knowledge of Windows and/or Linux environments.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident due to CGRP security requirements.
- Preferred qualifications include remote system administration, system performance monitoring, SaaS technologies, public cloud platforms, PowerShell, Ansible, and hardware break-fix troubleshooting experience.
