Responsibilities

  • Deliver and support software-as-a-service products for global customers while meeting service-level agreements.
  • Deploy, upgrade, and support applications, services, and operating systems.
  • Provide hands-on infrastructure support and hardware lifecycle management in an enterprise data center.
  • Troubleshoot system performance and application health issues.
  • Own and coordinate the incident resolution process.
  • Develop or support production-operations automation and complete additional projects as requested.
  • Follow all security and confidentiality requirements.

Requirements

  • Be enrolled in a post-secondary diploma or degree program in computer science or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Have working knowledge of Windows and/or Linux environments.
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident due to CGRP security requirements.
  • Preferred qualifications include remote system administration, system performance monitoring, SaaS technologies, public cloud platforms, PowerShell, Ansible, and hardware break-fix troubleshooting experience.
