Responsibilities
- Own customer deployments across offices in the San Francisco Bay Area, Cupertino, and Santa Clara.
- Develop customer-specific features and integrations and port cloud product functionality to on-premise environments.
- Manage, maintain, and debug cloud deployments across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OpenShift.
- Learn hardware design and how hardware is developed at a high level.
- Partner with customers to develop new platform features.
Requirements
- Require 5+ years of experience in backend engineering, full-stack development, or infrastructure/DevOps; internships and teaching assistantships do not count.
- Require fluency in at least one mainstream backend language such as Python, Go, Rust, or TypeScript, plus familiarity with Python or TypeScript.
- Require familiarity with agent development and RAG.
- Require comfort with the Docker ecosystem, cloud infrastructure, and infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Must be willing to travel, mostly in California.
- Bonus qualifications include on-premise deployment experience in enterprise or air-gapped environments, field or solutions engineering experience, and experience with EDA, semiconductor, or hardware-adjacent software environments.
