Responsibilities
- Design and develop automation workflows and scripts to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and requirements.
- Implement process-automation tools and technologies, including scripting languages, automation platforms, and APIs.
- Test and troubleshoot automated processes for accuracy and reliability.
- Monitor and maintain automated systems against performance and service-level objectives.
- Provide technical support and training to end users on automated processes and systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or a master’s degree in Software Engineering.
- Proficiency in English at C2 level.
- Required skills include Agile Methodology, Collaboration Tools, Cora APFlow, Design Thinking, Executive Presence, Inclusion, Personal Effectiveness, and Storytelling.
- Listed certifications include AZ-204: Microsoft Azure Developer Associate, Microsoft Power Platform App Maker Associate, Oracle Certified Professional Java SE 8 Programmer I, and ISTQB Certified Tester.
