Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Analyze business and technical requirements to identify and implement application enhancements.
- Use scripting tools and programming knowledge to analyze and interpret code.
- Consult with users, clients, and technology teams to recommend programming solutions.
- Install, support, test, debug, and troubleshoot application systems.
- Analyze applications for vulnerabilities and security issues.
- Resolve technical problems and address non-routine situations using sound judgment.
- Advise or coach new and lower-level analysts.
- Own deliverables and support execution to meet quality and timeline expectations.
- Assess risks and follow applicable laws, regulations, policies, and control requirements.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry.
- Intermediate-level experience in an Applications Development role.
- Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or changing requirements.
