Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end technology delivery across system analysis, configuration, quality assurance, deployment, and transition to operations.
- Provide high-level analysis, design oversight, quality governance, and sign-off on configurations, documentation, testing outcomes, and production migrations.
- Partner with clients to understand technical requirements, manage expectations, and guide analysis activities.
- Define integrated system and testing strategies, perform gap and impact analysis, and delegate detailed analysis as appropriate.
- Oversee data conversion, interface strategy, integration with Shared Services, regression testing, deployment execution, production stabilization, and system abend monitoring.
- Mentor and coach Analysts and Senior Analysts and foster a collaborative, performance-driven team environment.
- Coordinate with Project and Performance Team Managers to manage workload, unplanned work, and delivery commitments.
Requirements
- Deep technical expertise in benefits systems and service lines, especially US Health & Welfare benefits administration.
- Strong system analysis, configuration, quality assurance governance, documentation, risk management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong project and workload management, stakeholder communication, and client communication skills.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and coach technical teams.
- End-to-end understanding of file lifecycles, including payroll and the CLP process.
- B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electronics and Communication Engineering, or an MCA, is mandatory.
- Experience developing and implementing software solutions and strong project management experience.
- Prior experience with Alight, Aon, or Wipro is an added advantage; health or retirement domain experience is preferred.
