Responsibilities
- Fix performance problems and debug production issues.
- Perform peer code and architecture reviews.
- Build new features and write unit tests.
- Lead the release of features to production.
- Develop and AB test new ReactJS components.
- Coach and mentor engineers to reach individual goals.
- Participate in on-call rotation and improve run-books.
- Collaborate to architect and document new systems.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Three years of experience in a software engineering role building consumer-facing products.
- Experience owning features from design through delivery to production.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages.
- Experience with Python, ReactJS, AWS, Javascript, MySQL, or Linux.
