Responsibilities

Support development, maintenance, and enhancement of the Virtual Reef internal business platform.
Collaborate with developers, analysts, and cross-functional teams on new features and improvements.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Contribute to front-end and back-end development projects.
Participate in testing and quality assurance efforts to support platform reliability.
Document technical processes, workflows, and system updates.
Support optimization and performance improvement initiatives.
Stay current on emerging technologies and development best practices.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Exposure to or experience with PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, React, Playwright, or Selenium.
Basic understanding of software development principles and web technologies.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with adaptability and willingness to learn.
Internship, academic project, or personal project experience is a plus.
Familiarity with Git, APIs, databases, QA testing methodologies, automation frameworks, responsive web design, and modern UI/UX principles is preferred.
