Responsibilities
- Develop, code, enhance, and support custom software components across systems and applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in critical software applications and cloud-based communication systems.
- Analyze system performance and use monitoring tools to identify and address issues.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of support processes.
- Document and communicate technical issues and resolutions to team members and stakeholders.
- Work independently, develop subject matter expertise, and participate in team discussions.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of professional experience.
- At least 3 years of experience with Amazon Connect.
- Proficiency in Amazon Connect.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based communication systems and their integration.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in software applications.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and performance analysis.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- 15 years of full-time education.
