Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain small software components, scripts, and automation solutions.
- Work with APIs, databases, and application integrations.
- Use Git and modern software development workflows.
- Support application troubleshooting, testing, and issue resolution.
- Learn and apply cloud, CI/CD, and automation practices.
- Work with Microsoft technologies such as Azure, SharePoint, or Power Platform where required.
- Use AI-assisted development tools responsibly for coding, debugging, testing, and documentation.
Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electronics and Communication, or Electrical and Electronics Engineering; MCA, MS, or BSc in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- 0-12 months of IT industry experience.
- At least 60% aggregate in the highest qualification with no backlogs.
- Good programming knowledge in Python or one of Java, C#, JavaScript, C, or C++.
- Understanding of basic programming concepts, object-oriented programming, and data structures.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Basic understanding of REST APIs and JSON.
- Familiarity with Git and version control.
- Basic understanding of software development life cycle, testing, and debugging.
- Basic understanding of cloud concepts; Azure or AWS exposure is advantageous.
- Basic understanding of CI/CD and automation is advantageous.
- Exposure to Docker, Linux, PowerShell, Bash, or scripting is advantageous.
- Awareness of AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot is advantageous.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, coordination, learning, teamwork, and customer-handling skills are preferred.
