Base Salary
$145k - $193k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and implement SAP solutions tailored to organizational needs.
- Gather business and IT requirements and translate them into technical specifications through demand and change management processes.
- Lead end-to-end SAP implementation projects, including configuration, integration, and testing.
- Provide guidance on SAP best practices and methodologies to improve performance and scalability.
- Assess SAP systems and recommend improvements and upgrades.
- Deliver training sessions and workshops on SAP functionality and features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and represent the company professionally while adhering to company values and policies.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience as an SAP Solutions Architect or in a similar role.
- Expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and SAP Fiori.
- Strong understanding of business processes and their relationship to SAP functionality.
- Proven experience leading SAP implementation projects from inception through completion.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities for complex SAP issues.
- Preferred experience with SAP LeanIX, Signavio, Cloud-ALM, SAP BTP, SuccessFactors, Concur, and DM.
- Preferred familiarity with SAP PI/PO, SAP Integration Suite, or non-SAP integration tools.
- Relevant SAP certifications, such as SAP Certified Technology Associate, are preferred.
- Knowledge of SAP architecture, data modeling, system landscape design, system migration, upgrade strategies, SAP Analytics Cloud, and reporting tools.
- Programming background in ABAP or Java is preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, collaboration, adaptability, and decision-making skills.
