Responsibilities
- Transition seamlessly between frontend, backend, and infrastructure tasks.
- Lead the technical development of Instawork Lens and Instawork Prism.
- Architect and scale cloud environments for video processing.
- Design and optimize data pipelines for petabyte-scale data.
- Utilize AI models to enhance engineering processes.
- Mentor mid- and senior-level engineers through code reviews and discussions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems and database internals.
- Extensive experience with full-stack development using Python, Django, React, or similar frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, ECS/Docker, and CloudWatch.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Genuine interest in the robotics revolution.
