Responsibilities
- Assist with process review, requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and enhancement of AI and automation solutions.
- Prepare and maintain process flows, solution logic, user guides, technical notes, test scenarios, and other project documentation.
- Support testing, validation, user acceptance activities, and ongoing improvement tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on AI and automation initiatives and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Contribute practical ideas to improve processes, productivity, and user experience.
Requirements
- Be currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Have availability for at least three months of internship.
- Demonstrate strong interest in process automation, AI, Generative AI, digital transformation, and practical business problem solving.
- Basic knowledge of Python, Power Automate, Microsoft 365 tools, prompting, or other automation technologies is advantageous.
- Be able to understand business processes, think analytically, communicate clearly, pay attention to detail, and learn proactively.
