Responsibilities
- Contribute to the complete software development lifecycle from requirements definition through design, implementation, testing, verification, deployment, maintenance, and documentation.
- Develop and maintain peripheral components for the ECMUX route-control product family.
- Apply cybersecurity standards, procedures, and best practices in safety-critical software development.
- Develop and maintain CI and test-automation pipelines.
- Perform unit testing, module testing, test-case specification, and test automation.
- Collaborate in an international agile team and with other business lines.
Requirements
- Technical education, preferably at Master’s level in Computer Science or a similar field.
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience with the full lifecycle of a software development project.
- Strong experience with Java SE.
- Linux skills, including Bash scripting, configuration, and user management and permissions.
- Understanding of software architecture, design methods, object-oriented programming, IP networks, and protocols.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Preferred qualifications include a security certification such as ISC-CISSP, embedded or real-time development experience, Eclipse IDE, Git, Bash, Maven, Jenkins, SonarQube, CI development, container- or VM-based virtualization, test activities, agile methods/Scrum, railway domain knowledge, EULYNX, and safety-critical development.
