Base Salary
$185k - $325k/yr
Responsibilities
- Embed with strategic customers to understand business challenges and technical requirements.
- Design, architect, and develop scalable full-stack solutions using an iterative, experiment-driven approach.
- Prepare scopes of work and project plans for proof-of-concept and production deployments.
- Code alongside customer technical teams and deliver projects on their infrastructure.
- Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Product, Research, and Applied teams.
- Document best practices and share insights and actionable customer feedback internally.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of professional full-stack engineering experience, excluding internships.
- Customer-facing engineering experience is highly desirable.
- Experience with relational databases such as Postgres or MySQL.
- A former founder or early-stage startup engineer who built a product from scratch is preferred.
- Willingness to work iteratively with customers and take action to deliver effective solutions.
