Base Salary
$75k - $112k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain embedded software for machine control systems.
- Deliver software features, diagnostics, and technical documentation.
- Identify and resolve software defects through testing and validation.
- Integrate software solutions with cross-functional systems, product design, validation, and vehicle engineering teams.
- Travel domestically and internationally up to 10%.
Requirements
- Proficiency in C/C++ programming and fundamental embedded software engineering principles.
- Understanding of real-time embedded systems, microcontrollers, and hardware/software interactions.
- Knowledge of vehicle communication networks and diagnostics, including CAN/J1939 protocols.
- Ability to debug, test, and resolve software defects using structured problem-solving and software validation practices.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 10%.
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent related work experience.
- Hands-on embedded systems development and hardware integration experience are preferred.
- Experience with CAN, USB, Ethernet, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and source control such as GitHub is preferred.
- Experience with construction industry technology such as grade control, GNSS, and telematics, or familiarity with construction, forestry, or agricultural off-road equipment, is preferred.

- Annual base pay of $74,988.00-$112,476.00 plus benefits.
