Responsibilities
- Analyze client datasets and Order-to-Cash processes to identify patterns and design future-state architectures.
- Define KPIs and target metrics to measure solution ROI and financial value.
- Configure HighRadius’s Autonomous Platform and AI algorithms for client deployments.
- Architect and configure data interfaces between the SaaS platform and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, and NetSuite.
- Lead onsite client testing, training, go-live execution, and post-launch stabilization.
Requirements
- Be part of the graduating Class of 2025 or 2026 and pursue a bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering, MIS, Data Science, or a related field.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to align diverse stakeholders around a technical vision.
- Be comfortable with data analysis, solution design, agent configuration, and leading meetings with finance managers and subject matter experts.
- Be willing to travel to client sites across the United States for project implementations.
