Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Assist with designing, architecting, and developing simulation models, visualizations, virtual environments, platforms, and frameworks.
- Support simulation requirements analysis, system dynamics reviews, modeling, testing, and performance analysis.
- Collect and process data for simulations and validate simulation software, models, test procedures, and environments against real-world and benchmark data.
- Integrate simulation software with hardware devices and systems in partnership with cross-functional engineering teams.
- Document and maintain simulation code, algorithms, specifications, and model descriptions.
- Modernize, migrate, sustain, and update legacy simulation software for new operating systems.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, simulation software project management functions, and adoption of emerging tools and methods.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
- At least 1 year of programming experience in C, C++, or C#.
- At least 1 year of classroom or work-related software development lifecycle experience covering requirements analysis, design, coding, integration, and testing.
- Ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance, requiring U.S. citizenship under U.S. government rules.
- Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, computer science, or a related field, or 4+ years of related relevant experience.
- Successful completion of Boeing’s CodeVue technical assessment and Conflict of Interest assessment process.
- Ability to satisfy U.S. export control requirements as a U.S. Person.
