Responsibilities

Partner with the Supply Chain & Operations Software Manager to define requirements and develop practical technical solutions.
Write, test, troubleshoot, and maintain code for internal applications and automation tools.
Develop AI tools for document processing, information retrieval, data analysis, and workflow assistance.
Evaluate AI-generated results for accuracy and implement validation and human review processes.
Build and maintain reports, dashboards, database queries, and system integrations.
Assist with ERP/MRP data cleanup, reporting, approved system improvements, software troubleshooting, and basic IT support.
Document code, configurations, and user instructions, and assist with training and adoption.
Follow cybersecurity, access-control, sensitive-information, proprietary-data, and export-control requirements.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, information systems, or a related field.
Entry-level programming experience through coursework, internships, personal projects, or professional work.
Working knowledge of at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, or Java.
Basic understanding of SQL, relational databases, APIs, and data handling.
Familiarity with version control, debugging, and software testing.
Basic understanding of AI tools, including their capabilities, limitations, and practical business uses.
Ability to break down problems, follow technical direction, learn unfamiliar systems, communicate with technical and nontechnical colleagues, and document and improve work.
Must meet the stated U.S. person eligibility requirement.
Preferred: experience with AI APIs, large language models, document-processing tools, Power BI, ERP/MRP systems, manufacturing or supply chain processes, IT troubleshooting, user access administration, cybersecurity, spreadsheets, or repetitive-data-task automation.
