Responsibilities
- Develop clean, efficient, maintainable backend code for core product features.
- Participate in architectural discussions and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.
- Use AWS services, including Lambda, API Gateway, EC2, S3, and RDS, to deploy and optimize cloud-based solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Support project planning, execution, and timely feature delivery within project scope and timelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of professional software development experience building scalable backend systems.
- Strong proficiency in Go, Python, or Node.js for backend development.
- Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
- Understanding of distributed systems concepts including concurrency, caching, asynchronous processing, and fault tolerance.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience building and deploying applications in Docker and Kubernetes environments.
- Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases and performance optimization techniques.
- Experience participating in system design discussions and architecture decisions.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, ownership, and collaboration skills.
