Responsibilities
- Translate high-value business challenges into working prototypes and proofs of concept.
- Act as the technical counterpart to client stakeholders and build trusted relationships through tangible outcomes.
- Design and build AI-enabled and automated solutions, including agentic workflows, decision-support tools, and LLM applications.
- Use tools such as Claude, n8n, and the Microsoft ecosystem to deliver client solutions.
- Balance scope, speed, cost, and maintainability to maximise delivery impact.
- Define success metrics, gather feedback, and iterate solutions using a product mindset.
- Document solutions so they are supportable and ready for production handover to IT.
- Support client adoption and identify reusable patterns that can scale across engagements.
- Collaborate with Industry Leads and internal experts to strengthen offerings and reusable assets.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience across software engineering, AI engineering, or technical delivery roles.
- Strong hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying solutions from concept through business adoption, including client-facing engagements.
- Practical experience building AI-enabled solutions such as LLM applications, automations, and agentic workflows using tools such as Claude, n8n, or the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Strong engineering fundamentals in system design, APIs, integrations, and production readiness.
- Experience advising senior client stakeholders and building trusted client relationships.
- Strong communication skills with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and either Dutch or French.
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and make sound delivery decisions.
- Willingness to contribute to broader consulting initiatives and demonstrate ownership and bias for action.
