Base Salary

$131k - $195k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and build complex, scalable, and secure GenAI and ML applications and models on AWS.
  • Provide technical guidance and implementation support throughout customer project delivery, especially for AWS AI/ML services.
  • Gather customer requirements and propose model training, building, deployment, and AWS migration strategies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative solutions.
  • Optimize solution performance, manage delivery risks, and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Mentor and train others and create reusable technical artifacts.

Requirements

  • Experience developing software in one or more programming languages, including Java or Python.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience hosting and deploying GenAI/ML solutions for training, fine-tuning, and inference.
  • Preferred experience with AWS services including S3, Redshift, EMR, and RDS.
  • Preferred scripting and automation experience with Python, Perl, or Ruby.
  • Preferred knowledge of HIPAA and GDPR security and compliance standards.
  • Ability to communicate and present complex technical information clearly to executives and non-technical leaders.
  • A master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field, or a PhD, is preferred.
  • AWS Professional-level certifications, such as Solutions Architect Professional or DevOps Engineer Professional, are preferred.
  • Preferred hands-on experience with deep learning, CNN, RNN, LSTM, Transformer, machine learning, computer vision, GNN, or distributed training.
