Base Salary
$131k - $195k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and build complex, scalable, and secure GenAI and ML applications and models on AWS.
- Provide technical guidance and implementation support throughout customer project delivery, especially for AWS AI/ML services.
- Gather customer requirements and propose model training, building, deployment, and AWS migration strategies.
- Act as a trusted advisor on industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative solutions.
- Optimize solution performance, manage delivery risks, and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Mentor and train others and create reusable technical artifacts.
Requirements
- Experience developing software in one or more programming languages, including Java or Python.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.
- At least 2 years of experience hosting and deploying GenAI/ML solutions for training, fine-tuning, and inference.
- Preferred experience with AWS services including S3, Redshift, EMR, and RDS.
- Preferred scripting and automation experience with Python, Perl, or Ruby.
- Preferred knowledge of HIPAA and GDPR security and compliance standards.
- Ability to communicate and present complex technical information clearly to executives and non-technical leaders.
- A master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field, or a PhD, is preferred.
- AWS Professional-level certifications, such as Solutions Architect Professional or DevOps Engineer Professional, are preferred.
- Preferred hands-on experience with deep learning, CNN, RNN, LSTM, Transformer, machine learning, computer vision, GNN, or distributed training.
