Responsibilities

Design and build AI agents and automations using Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and low-code platforms.
Experiment with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other language models and propose insurance-related applications.
Translate business needs into functional AI solutions and act as a link between business and technology.
Identify processes suitable for automation and measure the real-world impact of implemented solutions.
Contribute to projects such as legislative-change monitoring agents and intelligent claims-handling assistants.

Demonstrated interest in AI and practical experience using AI tools; previous employment experience is not required.
Currently studying at or recently graduated from a university in IT, mathematics, economics, management, or another field.
Ability to carry ideas through to results and confidently contribute original opinions.
Communicative English proficiency in speaking and writing.
Basic familiarity with data work or digital tools; Python, Power Apps, SharePoint, or Microsoft Teams experience is advantageous but not required.
Ability to use AI tools responsibly and critically, including understanding basic principles of ethical AI use.
