Responsibilities
- Design, architect, and develop tailored solutions to meet customer-specific requirements.
- Conduct detailed requirements analysis and document customer needs.
- Act as a trusted ESM advisor, providing best practice guidance.
- Train customers on the Atomicwork platform for effective ESM implementation.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients' technical teams.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate customer requirements into the roadmap.
- Become a power user of the Atomicwork Platform.
Requirements
- Strong technical background with experience in relevant technologies.
- Startup DNA with a motivation to find solutions.
- Customer-first behavior.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Passion for technology and working in a fast-growing SaaS startup.
- Flexible approach to operate effectively with uncertainty.
- Driven, self-motivated, and enthusiastic.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
- Willingness to work during US time zones.
