Responsibilities
- Design, architect, and develop tailored solutions for customer-specific requirements.
- Conduct detailed customer requirements analysis and formally document requirements.
- Advise clients on ESM best practices and Atomicwork implementation.
- Train customers on the Atomicwork platform.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients’ technical teams.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to incorporate customer requirements into the roadmap.
- Become a power user of the Atomicwork platform and implement its functional and technical elements.
Requirements
- Strong technical background with experience in relevant technologies and software.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Customer-first behavior and the ability to collaborate effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Ability to learn quickly, take responsibility, operate amid uncertainty and change, and find practical solutions.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
- Availability to work during US time zones.
- Motivation to work in a fast-growing SaaS startup and take on varied responsibilities.
