Responsibilities
- Design and implement registration and scoring algorithms for detection, including image-to-CAD alignment, non-rigid registration, defect detection, and defect localization.
- Build zero- to low-shot training capabilities and improve algorithm usability and robustness.
- Work with image-processing software engineers to optimize algorithms for high-speed inspection tools.
- Collaborate with architecture and product teams to refine requirements and design scalable, customer-focused solutions.
- Develop algorithms and software solutions for semiconductor metrology and inspection systems.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of R&D experience developing deep learning and image-processing algorithms.
- M.Sc. or Ph.D. in a relevant engineering field.
- Proven track record designing and implementing robust, production-ready solutions.
- Strong interest in infrastructure development and collaborative teamwork.
