Responsibilities
- Build demos, prototypes, and proofs of concept showcasing AI solutions.
- Find inventive applications for solutions across varied business and organizational use cases.
- Integrate solutions into applications with product and engineering teams.
- Provide hands-on integration support through sample code, libraries, documentation, troubleshooting, and best-practice guidance.
- Adapt solutions to different technical environments and constraints.
- Present demos and walkthroughs to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Develop reusable integration patterns, starter kits, and examples.
- Support users and partner teams in leveraging services and tools.
- Gather feedback from integrating teams to inform roadmap priorities.
- Experiment with new AI and web technologies to keep demos and guidance current.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in software engineering, AI Solutions Associateing, or a similar hands-on technical role.
- Solid foundation in web development, including JavaScript/TypeScript, APIs, and modern frameworks.
- Familiarity with AI-powered development, including LLM APIs, prompt engineering, or basic RAG concepts.
- Demonstrated creative problem-solving through professional experience, side projects, or unconventional solutions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to varied audiences.
- Collaborative, service-oriented mindset focused on helping other teams succeed.
- Comfort with ambiguity and managing multiple projects.
- Experience with demos, developer relations, pre-sales engineering, or creative technology work is optional.
