Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement AI/ML-powered solutions using LLMs, RAG architectures, prompt engineering, and agentic AI workflows.
- Build Python-based services, APIs, and automation components for scalable AI applications.
- Integrate Azure OpenAI, Mistral, Qwen, and other model providers into enterprise-grade solutions.
- Develop, train, validate, and maintain machine learning and deep learning models.
- Integrate Azure Blob Storage, CosmosDB, MongoDB/NoSQL, and SQL-based data storage and retrieval capabilities.
- Deploy serverless and containerized components using Azure Functions and Docker.
- Create unit tests, maintain code quality, use GitHub for version control, and support delivery with modern development tooling.
- Apply secure engineering practices, including Linux server hardening and operational readiness.
- Collaborate with distributed teams, communicate technical decisions, research emerging technologies, and develop rapid prototypes.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- Specialized Python development experience.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, Azure OpenAI, RAG systems, and prompt engineering.
- Experience with cloud-native development using Azure Functions and Azure storage and database services.
- Experience building APIs and working with GitHub, Docker, and unit testing practices.
- Understanding of secure engineering practices, including Linux server hardening.
- Experience with or knowledge of Mistral, Qwen, Auto-Gen, LangGraph, N-BEATS, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and Keras.
- Knowledge of Java, C++, or Rust is listed among the language experience areas.
- Experience communicating technical conclusions through written reports and presentations using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams, researching products and tools, validating emerging technologies, and developing rapid prototypes.
- Strong communication, presentation, teamwork, self-starting, and high-pressure delivery skills.
