Base Salary
$100k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy security-focused AI agents that reason over large datasets, interact with security systems, and automate complex workflows.
- Lead customer implementations from data ingestion and transformation through configuration, workflow design, feature extension, and production deployment.
- Experiment with, evaluate, and integrate text, voice, and multimodal AI models into production environments.
- Work directly with customer security teams to integrate agents with their tools, processes, and data sources.
- Translate cross-customer insights into improvements and new capabilities for the core agent platform.
- Debug issues across multiple layers and ensure enterprise-grade reliability and performance.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional software engineering experience, ideally in high-velocity or customer-facing environments.
- Proficiency in Python and TypeScript, including asynchronous programming and robust data integrations.
- Strong debugging and systems thinking abilities with the ability to trace issues across multiple layers of a stack.
- Clear communication skills for translating between technical and non-technical contexts.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity, take end-to-end ownership, and prioritize customer outcomes.
- Preferred experience with multimodal AI models, enterprise SaaS, security operations, behavioral analytics, large-scale data ingestion and transformation pipelines, or real-time processing.
Benefits
- California-based applicants are offered a stated base salary range of $100,000–$250,000 annually.
