Base Salary

$100k - $250k/yr

Responsibilities

Design and deploy security-focused AI agents that reason over large datasets, interact with security systems, and automate complex workflows.
Lead customer implementations from data ingestion and transformation through configuration, workflow design, feature extension, and production deployment.
Experiment with, evaluate, and integrate text, voice, and multimodal AI models into production environments.
Work directly with customer security teams to integrate agents with their tools, processes, and data sources.
Translate cross-customer insights into improvements and new capabilities for the core agent platform.
Debug issues across multiple layers and ensure enterprise-grade reliability and performance.

At least 2 years of professional software engineering experience, ideally in high-velocity or customer-facing environments.
Proficiency in Python and TypeScript, including asynchronous programming and robust data integrations.
Strong debugging and systems thinking abilities with the ability to trace issues across multiple layers of a stack.
Clear communication skills for translating between technical and non-technical contexts.
Ability to thrive in ambiguity, take end-to-end ownership, and prioritize customer outcomes.
Preferred experience with multimodal AI models, enterprise SaaS, security operations, behavioral analytics, large-scale data ingestion and transformation pipelines, or real-time processing.

California-based applicants are offered a stated base salary range of $100,000–$250,000 annually.
Certain roles may be eligible for variable compensation, equity, and benefits.
