Responsibilities
- Build and ship features for Cohere’s North AI workspace platform
- Develop autonomous agents that interact with sensitive enterprise data
- Experiment quickly and with high quality to deliver solutions that exceed customer expectations
- Work across the full product lifecycle from conceptualization through production
- Lead end-to-end North deployments in private cloud and on-premises environments, including planning, configuration, testing, and rollout
Requirements
- Experience working directly with customers
- Extensive production experience shipping Python
- Experience building and deploying highly performant client-side or server-side RAG or agentic applications
- Strong coding abilities and comfort working across the stack, including diagnosing and fixing issues outside the main codebase
- Ability to execute effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
