Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end agentic architecture for enterprise GenAI platforms using Google ADK and Vertex AI.
- Define multi-agent and agent-of-agents architectures using Agent-to-Agent communication patterns.
- Design and operationalize MCP-based orchestration layers for agent lifecycle management, coordination, and governance.
- Establish reference architectures, design patterns, and reusable frameworks for scalable agent platforms.
- Architect advanced RAG and Graph RAG pipelines, including chunking, embeddings, retrieval tuning, re-ranking, and knowledge-graph reasoning.
- Lead Gemini Enterprise implementations grounded in enterprise and third-party data sources.
- Define agent observability, monitoring, tracing, tool-call visibility, auditing, latency, cost, and quality metrics.
- Own agent security architecture, including secure tool access, permissions, policies, and autonomous-action guardrails.
- Design identity-aware GenAI access using Workload Identity Federation and federated credentials.
- Govern Vertex AI Machine Learning services, including embeddings, evaluation, pipelines, and inference.
- Standardize prompt engineering and orchestration techniques for autonomous and semi-autonomous agents.
- Advise senior stakeholders and mentor architects and senior engineers while overseeing delivery governance, scalability, and platform reliability.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of overall experience, including 5 or more years in AI or GenAI.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Hands-on enterprise experience with Google Agent Development Kit, Agent-to-Agent architectures, MCP or equivalent orchestration patterns, Vertex AI Machine Learning services, Gemini models, and Google Cloud GenAI APIs.
- Deep expertise in RAG, chunking strategies, retrieval optimization, Graph RAG, and knowledge-graph-based reasoning.
- Advanced prompt engineering, prompt chaining, orchestration, and autonomous agents with tool calling.
- Experience with Vertex AI training, prediction, embeddings, pipelines, and evaluation.
- Understanding of enterprise data governance and AI safety frameworks.
- Google Cloud certifications and experience integrating BigQuery, GCS, and Pub/Sub are preferred.
