Base Salary
$160k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own features end-to-end across the stack from ideation to deployment.
- Build and ship 0-1 products and systems from ambiguous ideas.
- Architect and develop functional experiences using TypeScript and AWS.
- Design and execute tests to ensure application reliability.
- Develop and maintain APIs for public and internal use.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to identify needs and solutions.
- Make tradeoffs between speed and scalability while shipping quickly.
- Contribute to system design, code reviews, and architectural decisions.
- Take ownership of production work, including monitoring and debugging.
- Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities proactively.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in software development.
- Proficient in TypeScript for building scalable applications.
- Experience with early to mid-stage tech startups.
- Comfort with ambiguity and turning problems into actionable plans.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with strong communication skills.
- Solid understanding of Agile practices and flexibility to adapt.
- Track record of shipping quickly and iterating based on feedback.
