Responsibilities

Act as the key technical stakeholder for successful technical delivery and onboarding of Celonis for enterprise clients.
Lead technical discussions to analyze customer architecture and recommend optimal solutions.
Remove technical obstacles to maximize Celonis user adoption.
Promote reusability by collaborating with product development on customer solutions.
Establish real-time data integrations between customer systems and Celonis.
Guide customers on authentication, user/group management, and provisioning best practices.

3+ years of experience deploying and managing containerized applications on Kubernetes.
Advanced knowledge of at least one Kubernetes distribution (e.g., Amazon EKS, Azure AKS).
Experience implementing infrastructure as code (IaC) with tools like Terraform.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Experience with modern tech stacks including REST/SOAP API management and data streaming.
Knowledge of security and compliance topics for enterprise applications.
Strong project management skills and customer-centric experience.
Fluency in English and German.
