Base Salary
$103k - $147k/yr
Responsibilities
- Validate end-to-end wireless solutions involving access points, controllers, and cloud-managed platforms.
- Develop and execute system-level test plans to identify defects and support release readiness.
- Build and integrate Python-based automated tests.
- Integrate agentic AI workflows into CI/CD pipelines for test generation and failure analysis.
- Configure and troubleshoot network devices in Linux command-line environments.
- Collaborate with development teams on root-cause investigations throughout the product lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, plus 2+ years of experience.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, switching, routing, and authentication protocols.
- Knowledge of Wi-Fi and IEEE 802.11 standards.
- Experience configuring and troubleshooting network devices in Linux command-line environments.
- Experience scripting or programming with Python to build and integrate automated tests.
- Preferred experience testing enterprise-grade wireless access points or LAN controllers.
- Preferred knowledge of Wi-Fi 6/6E/7, WPA2/WPA3, RADIUS, and EAP.
- Preferred hands-on experience building agentic AI workflows using RAG, tool calling, or orchestration frameworks.
- Preferred familiarity with Wireshark, iPerf, and wireless spectrum analyzers.

- The stated starting salary range is $103,200.00 to $146,800.00, with higher location-specific ranges listed for certain U.S. states and metropolitan areas.
