Responsibilities
- Evolve and maintain Kubeflow, Feast, and Spark-on-Kubernetes infrastructure for scalable ML and AI workloads.
- Build internal tools, APIs, reusable libraries, and abstractions that provide self-service ML lifecycle capabilities.
- Develop deployment frameworks and automation for MLOps and LLMOps, from experimentation through production.
- Apply CI/CD, versioning, testing, and other software engineering practices to ML-specific workflows.
- Collaborate with Data Science, Infrastructure, and Data teams on scalable platform adoption and integration with data catalog, privacy, and governance frameworks.
- Promote a platform-as-a-product approach focused on developer experience, autonomy, and engineering standards.
Requirements
- Deep experience applying DevOps practices to ML/AI, including CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and observability.
- Hands-on mastery of Kubeflow, Spark, AWS, and Kubernetes.
- Strong Python skills for building reusable libraries, APIs, and tooling abstractions.
- Experience designing scalable solutions and partnering with Data Science teams to translate complex use cases into production-ready platform capabilities.
- Ability to balance distributed team autonomy with global platform standards and integrate ML infrastructure with data cataloging and governance.
