Base Salary
$162k - $227k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive requirements with robotics, partner, vendor, and third-party teams.
- Conceptualize, design, build, and maintain internal full-stack tools for robotics programs.
- Architect reusable full-stack systems for complex robotics applications.
- Implement, verify, and iterate on internal customer-facing products while resolving performance and user-interface scalability issues.
- Develop software solutions that improve network capacity, efficiency, and automation across data centers.
- Identify cross-organizational gaps, create execution plans, and drive projects across teams.
- Lead and mentor engineers within and outside the team.
- Define and deliver automation solutions in collaboration with partner teams.
- Identify team bottlenecks and drive improvements.
- Assist with recruiting and onboarding new team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with JavaScript, React, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience debugging issues, benchmarking performance, and implementing automated testing.
- Experience with programming languages such as JavaScript, PHP, Python, and C++.
- Experience translating business requirements into software requirements and explaining system design.
- Experience evaluating technologies based on project requirements, trade-offs, and scalability needs.
- Knowledge of frontend and full-stack architectural design.
- At least 10 years of experience building software for robotics or enterprise infrastructure.
- Experience with full-stack development using Hack/PHP, GraphQL, and SQL.
- Preferred experience with AI skill development, prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration, robotics applications, responsible AI practices, AI workflow integration, and large cross-functional global projects.
- Preferred knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, Python, React, and GraphQL.
