Responsibilities
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, including tables, forms, scripts, business rules, reports, dashboards, catalog items, data imports, UI actions, access controls, and notifications.
- Assist with creating and modifying Service Portal pages and Workspaces under senior team supervision.
- Perform unit testing, support defect remediation, investigate minor bugs, and assist with incident resolution.
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for ServiceNow applications and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including user story details, design document reviews, and test cases.
- Assist with deploying update sets, managing non-production releases, and configuring basic demonstration environments.
- Complete required training and certifications while developing core ServiceNow platform skills.
Requirements
- Familiarity with ServiceNow and its platform capabilities.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Familiarity with stories, epics, and sprints in an Agile project environment.
- Ability to meet tight schedules and deadlines with strong attention to detail and clear customer communication.
- Pursuing a B.A. or B.S. degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems Management, or a related field, or possessing an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced environment focused on client delivery.
- Optional ITIL Foundation v4 or ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
