Responsibilities
- Design AI-powered solutions and AI agents for complex, repetitive, and decision-driven business tasks.
- Create and optimize generative models, including GANs and VAEs, for content creation and data augmentation.
- Develop multimodal AI solutions integrating text, image, and audio data.
- Build intelligent automation solutions, scalable AI pipelines, APIs, and enterprise system integrations.
- Develop proofs of concept using Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, and AI agents.
- Configure, train, deploy, monitor, and fine-tune AI agents and models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and roll out AI-driven systems.
- Translate technical concepts into actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in artificial intelligence and machine learning, with exposure to generative models, AI agents, or multimodal AI.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on real-world AI challenges.
- Good communication and teamwork skills, including the ability to explain technical ideas to diverse audiences.
- Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional environments.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Familiarity with project management tools and agile methodologies is a plus.
