Base Salary
$113k - $238k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, prototype, modify, and integrate mission-focused CNO software.
- Augment existing toolsets and produce software systems that operate within mission constraints.
- Derive, document, and analyze system, functional, and component-level requirements.
- Develop CNO software for Linux, Windows, and embedded applications using C, C++, and Python.
- Perform reverse engineering, especially with Ghidra.
- Provide support for fielded software systems and monitor deployed systems, dataflows, and tool performance.
- Collaborate with analysts, operators, data scientists, software engineers, and customer leadership to support mission success.
- Plan and lead Systems Engineering efforts and guide development through engineering management plans.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
- A bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline is required, with additional software engineering experience permitted as a substitute.
- At least 12 years of experience with a bachelor’s degree or 10 years with a master’s degree is required.
- Experience developing CNO-specific software in Linux, Windows, or embedded applications is required.
- Experience with reverse engineering, particularly Ghidra, is required.
- Experience producing and modifying software systems in C, C++, and Python is required.
- Experience supporting fielded software systems is required.
- Familiarity with Git, Subversion, Jira, and Confluence is required.
- Preferred qualifications include extensive mission-focused customer experience, analytical skills, systems engineering leadership, Apache NiFi experience, automated test-case development, continuous delivery environments, and operational scenario support.
